        #920
The title is a line from the Frank O'Hara poem "A True Account of Talking to the Sun at Fire Island." This painting shows life sized lane lines on the bottom of a swimming pool from my "immersion" series. Swimmers rely on these T-shaped lane line markers to prevent crashing into the walls or into other swimmers.
